The Vizsla Club of America (VCA) shall take reasonable steps to protect all members’ personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Personal data is limited to data supplied to the VCA during the membership application, renewal process, event applications, or the submission of other forms used in conducting the business of the club. Personal data supplied to the VCA will not be given, sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties outside of the VCA except when the club has been given express or implied permission or as required by law or our sponsorship agreements. The VCA cannot be held liable for loss or harm resulting from the release or misuse of any member’s personal data.
